Gentle body awareness, grounding, and attention to comfortable sensations may help you settle when feeling overwhelmed. Over time, somatic practices support your ability to notice stress, pause, and return to a greater sense of steadiness.

A Somatic Experience

Somatic Imagery is a beautiful way of exploring the connection between the mind and body. Rather than focusing on thoughts, memories, or emotions, it invites you to listen to the body’’s sensations, images, movements, and inner experiences as sources of information and self understanding.

MyoFascial Release

MyoFascial release for stress induced tension and a deep sense of somatic release.

A trained therapist applies steady pressure to tight spots for several minutes. The steady pressure allows for tight tissue to slowly soften, lengthen, and release without force. Common benefits are ease of chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain. It restores flexibility and increases range of motion.

MyoFascial Release is one-on-one by appointment only at lani@somaticimagery.com

Somatic Coaching and MyoFascial Release are adjunct services for doctors, psychotherapists, counselors, and wellness practitioners to enhance the recovery response.

At its heart, Somatic Imagery helps one move from simply thinking about the experience to actually feeling, sensing, and relating it in your body.

‘True transformation doesn’t happen by just thinking differently. It happens by feeling safe enough to change at a cellular level.’ Just deep, somatic release and mind/body alignment.
